Bitalo AG required a fully regulated investment platform that could tokenize real-world assets — such as equity stakes in Bitcoin mining facilities — and make them accessible to retail investors. The platform needed BaFin compliance, secure digital asset custody, and transparent portfolio tracking.

The infrastructure had to support multiple investment phases, automated token distribution, integrated wallet management, and real-time performance analytics while adhering to German financial regulations.

We realized the tokenization platform using our MICCA infrastructure, customized for Bitalo's specific regulatory and product requirements. The platform features blockchain-based tokenized shareholding, BITALO token issuance, and an integrated digital wallet with Cointracking portfolio analysis.

We implemented multi-phase investment campaigns with tiered bonus structures, automated dividend distributions in cryptocurrency, and a bilingual (German/English) investor interface. The platform supports both light and dark mode with responsive design across all devices.

The Bitalo Market platform launched as a BaFin-regulated digital investment hub, successfully raising over CHF 3.1 million. The flagship GM3 Technologies project — a renewable-energy Bitcoin mining facility in Paraguay — achieved a 15% annual return in Q3 2025 and distributed 2.5+ BTC to investors.

The platform now provides 24/7 digital operations with exclusive investor webinars, early access to new products, and a referral program. Bitalo AG operates from Wachenheim, Germany with plans to expand its tokenized investment offerings.
