SAY needed a complete concept and technical solution that would digitize the entire temp staffing workflow.
The platform had to serve three distinct user groups with different needs: job seekers wanting easy access to opportunities, companies needing reliable staff quickly, and agencies looking to optimize their workforce placement.
We developed the entire concept and platform from scratch, designing a three-sided marketplace with AI-powered matching. An intelligent chatbot guides users through registration in under 3 minutes, while the matching algorithm automatically pairs candidates with suitable positions.
The mobile app (iOS and Android) features in-app chat for direct communication, a bonus program for job seekers, and multi-provider comparison for employers. All data is processed on secure European servers in compliance with GDPR. Trusted by BMW, Amazon, Flink, and Uber.
